These Terms of Use (or "Terms") govern your use of MYSIFARISH, unless where we specifically declare otherwise, and contain information regarding the Service (the "Service"), defined below. You agree to these Terms when you register or use MYSIFARISH.

The MYSIFARISH Service is a part of vision of Solresol Technologies offered through their platforms. Therefore, these Terms of Use are your agreement with Solresol Technologies Platforms.

MYSIFARISH Product

MYSIFARISH Service is agreed upon. All MYSIFARISH products, features, applications, services, technologies, and software are part of the Service to help you connect with the people and things you love. Service components include:

• Allowing customised creation, connection, communication, discovery, and sharing. Each person differs. We provide several accounts and features to enhance your visibility and communication on and off MYSIFARISH. We wish to build your relationships through meaningful shared experiences. We build systems that learn who and what you and others care about to help you create, find, join, and share meaningful experiences. This includes presenting information, features, offers, and accounts you may be interested in and proposing ways to experience MYSIFARISH based on your and others' actions on and off the platform.
• Providing a pleasant secure environment. We create and offer community members tools and resources to make their experiences positive and inclusive, particularly when we think they need help. We have personnel and processes to combat abuse, breaches of our Terms and Conditions, and harmful and misleading activity. We use all of our data, including yours, to protect our site. • Building and utilising technologies to serve our growing community. Our Service organises and analyses data for our growing community. We create and use cutting-edge technology to customise, secure, and improve our Service on a massive scale for a worldwide community. AI and machine learning allow us to deploy complicated processes across our Service. We also use automated technologies to maintain Service functioning and integrity

Providing seamless experiences throughout Solresol Technologies Company Products.

As a member of Solresol Technologies, MYSIFARISH shares technology, systems, insights, and information, including your personal information, to enhance and secure our services (see Privacy Policy). We also offer opportunities to interact throughout Solresol Technologies Company Products and built systems to create a seamless and consistent experience based on your selections.

Making our Service accessible. To provide our global Service, we must store and transfer data across our systems worldwide, including outside your country. We need this global infrastructure to supply our Service. Solresol Technologies or its affiliates may own or operate this infrastructure.

Communicating with businesses, goods, and services you care about. We show you relevant adverts, offers, and other sponsored content using data from MYSIFARISH and other Solresol Technologies Company Products and third-party partners. We attempt to make that stuff as relevant as your previous MYSIFARISH experiences.

Innovation, research. Our information is used to study our Service and collaborate with others on research to improve it and improve our community.

Funding our Service

MYSIFARISH users agree to display adverts from businesses and organisations that pay us to promote on and off Solresol Technologies Company Products, without paying for the service. We utilise your activity and interest data to show you more relevant advertising.

Without your identity, we display you relevant and useful adverts. We don't sell personal info. Advertisers can tell us their business aim and target audience. We show their ad to potential customers.

We also give sponsors ad performance reports to assist them understand how people are using their content on and off MYSIFARISH. For instance, we give advertisers demographic and interest data to better understand their customers. A Privacy Policy

Providing our Service includes gathering and using your data. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, utilise, and share information across Solresol Technologies products. It outlines many options to manage your information, such as via MYSIFARISH privacy and security settings. You must accept the Privacy Policy to use MYSIFARISH.

Your commitments

In return for our commitment to provide the Service, we require you to make the below commitments to us.

Who can use MYSIFARISH. We want our Service to be as open and inclusive as possible, but we also want it to be safe, secure and in accordance with the law. So, we need you to commit to a few restrictions in order to be part of the MYSIFARISH community.

• You must be at least the minimum legal age in your country to use MYSIFARISH.
• You must not be prohibited from receiving any aspect of our Service under applicable laws or engaging in payments-related Services if you are on an applicable denied party listing.
• We must not have previously disabled your account for violation of law or any of our policies.
• You must not be a convicted sex offender.

How you can't use MYSIFARISH. Providing a safe and open Service for a broad community requires that we all do our part.

• You cannot impersonate or misrepresent others. You don't have to reveal your identity on MYSIFARISH, but you must supply accurate and up-to-date information (including registration information), which may include personal data. Unless authorised, you cannot impersonate someone or something else or create an account for them.
• Nothing illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, or unapproved is allowed.
• We prohibit violating these Terms or policies, including MYSIFARISH Community Guidelines, Solresol Technologies Platform Terms and Developer Policies, and Music Guidelines.
• You can't disrupt the Service's intended operation. Making false or baseless reports or appeals is misusing any reporting, dispute, or appeals mechanism.
• Unauthorised accounts and data collection are prohibited. This includes automated account creation and data collection without our consent.
• No account or data from our Service can be sold, licenced, or purchased. This includes trying to buy, sell, or transfer your account (including your username), soliciting, collecting, or using other users' login credentials or badges, or requesting MYSIFARISH usernames, passwords, or misappropriate access tokens
• Posting someone else's private information without permission or violating their rights, especially intellectual property rights, is illegal. You can utilise someone else's work under copyright and related rights exceptions. You warrant all rights to the content you upload or distribute. • You cannot translate, modify, create derivative works, or reverse-engineer our goods or components.
• Your username can't contain a domain name or URL without our explicit approval.

Permissions you give to us. As part of our agreement, you also give us permissions that we need to provide the Service.

• We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a licence to use it. Nothing is changing about your rights in your content. We do not claim ownership of your content that you post on or through the Service and you are free to share your content with anyone else, wherever you choose. However, we need certain legal permissions from you (known as a "licence") to provide the Service. When you share, post or upload content that is covered by intellectual property rights (such as photos or videos) on or in connection with our Service, you hereby grant to us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide licence to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate and create derivative works of your content (consistent with your privacy and application settings). This licence will end when your content is deleted from our systems.You can delete content individually or all at once by deleting your account. • Permission to use your username, profile picture and information about your relationships and actions with accounts, ads and sponsored content. You give us permission to show your username, profile picture and information about your actions (such as likes) or relationships (such as follows) next to or in connection with accounts, ads, offers and other sponsored content that you follow or engage with that are displayed on Solresol Technologies Products, without any compensation to you. For example, we may show that you liked a sponsored post created by a brand that has paid us to display its ads on MYSIFARISH. As with actions on other content and follows of other accounts, actions on sponsored content and follows of sponsored accounts can only be seen by people who have permission to see that content or follow. We will also respect your ad settings.
• You agree that we can download and install updates to the Service on your device.

Additional rights we retain

• We may alter your username if it violates intellectual property or impersonates another user.
• Our Service provides photos, graphics, videos, address, locations and sounds that you can add to material you produce or share. We maintain all rights to our content (but not yours) even after deletion of your account.
• You may only use our trademarks or similar marks as permitted by our Brand Guidelines or with our explicit authorisation.
• You must have our express permission or an open-source licence to edit, produce derivative works of, decompile, or extract source code.

Content deletion and account termination

• We may remove your material or information from the Service if it violates our Terms of Use, rules, or requirements by law. We may terminate or disable your access to Solresol Technologies Products and Company Products to protect our community or services, or if you create risk or legal exposure, violate our Terms of Use or policies, or repeatedly infringe on others' intellectual property rights. We can terminate or amend the Service, remove or block content or information provided on our Service, or stop providing all or part of the Service to prevent or minimise legal or regulatory repercussions on us. Contact us if you believe your account was terminated in error or to disable or permanently delete it. Content or account deletion will automatically commence within 30 days of your request. After starting deletion, content may take 90 days to erase. While being deleted, such content is no longer visible to other users but remains subject to our Terms of Use and our Data Policy. We may need 90 days to erase removed content from backups and disaster recovery systems.
• The following scenarios will prevent content deletion within 90 days of account deletion or content deletion:
• when others have used your content under this licence but have not deleted it (in which case this licence will continue until the content is deleted); or
• We shall delete as soon as technically practicable if deletion within 90 days is not achievable owing to system technical restrictions; or
• where deletion would limit us:
• investigate or identify illegal activities or terms and policies infractions (such as product or system misuse);
• safeguard our products, systems, and users;
• preserve evidence or comply with a legal requirement;
• comply with a court, administrative, law enforcement, or government request;
• The content shall be retained for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was retained (the actual period will vary by situation).
• If you delete or we disable your account, these Terms will expire as an agreement between you and us, but this part and "Our agreement and what happens if we disagree" will remain in effect.

Our agreement.

• Your  use of our API is subject to our Solresol Technologies Developer Policies. If you use certain other features or related services, additional terms will be made available and will also become a part of our agreement. If any of those terms conflict with this agreement, those other terms will govern.
• If any aspect of this agreement is unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
• Any amendment or waiver to our agreement must be in writing and signed by us. If we fail to enforce any aspect of this agreement, it will not be a waiver.
• We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

Who has rights under this agreement?

• This agreement does not give rights to any third parties.
• You cannot transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement without our consent.
• Our rights and obligations can be assigned to others. For example, this could occur if our ownership changes (as in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets) or by law.

Who is responsible if something happens?

• Our Service is offered "as is" and we can't guarantee its safety or functionality. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
• We don't control and not responsible for what others do or say, or their (or your) activities, conduct, or content (including illegal or offensive content). We're not responsible for third-party services and features you access through our Service.
• As permitted by law, our "liability" for Service events is restricted. We can't know all the effects of a Service problem. You agree that we aren't liable ("liable") for any lost profits, revenues, information, data, or consequential, special, indirect, exemplary, punitive, or incidental damages originating from or linked to these Terms, even if we know, This includes account, content, and information deletion.

Our dispute resolution.

If you are a consumer, the laws of your country of residence will apply to any claim, cause of action, or dispute you have against us that arises out of or relates to these Terms ("claim"). You may resolve your claim in any competent court in that country. In all other cases, you agree that the claim must be resolved exclusively in the Kolkata High Court or a state court in Kolkata India, that you submit to their personal jurisdiction, and that Indian law will govern these Terms and any claim, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Without prejudice to the foregoing, you agree that Solresol Technologies Pvt Ltd may bring any claim we have against you related to unauthorised use of our products in your country of residence.

Unwanted content.

We value feedback and any recommendations, but we are not required to reimburse you or keep them anonymous.

Updating these Terms

We may need to update these Terms to suit our Service and Policies. We shall notify you (for example, through our Service) before making changes to these Terms and allow you to evaluate them before they take effect, unless otherwise required by law. Continue using the Service and you'll be bound by the new Terms. If you disagree with these or any modified Terms, you can delete your account here.We may need to update these Terms to suit our Service and Policies. Except as required by law, we will tell you (for example, through our Service) at least 30 days before changing these Terms and allow you to review them.
